HOW TO GUIDE

How to use the TR3 Transmitter hands-free

HOW TO USE THE WIRELESS TRANSMITTER:

Turn on the transmitter using the on/off switch on the right-hand side. You will see a channel number on the screen. By pressing the channel button, you change it (this is necessary if you are using several transmitters, they all have to be on different channels, either 1, 2 or 3).

PAIRING YOUR MUSIC STREAMING DEVICE TO THE TRANSMITTER:

You can connect your device by Bluetooth or you can connect your device using the "aux" cable provided. In both cases, if using a mobile phone you must set it to aeroplane mode to avoid notifications disturbing the music. The playlist should be saved offline for this reason.

Connecting via Bluetooth:

Hold down the Bluetooth button on the transmitter. When the button starts flashing you can connect to a mobile device.

On the device you are using, go to your Bluetooth settings and select TX-60RF. This should now be paired.

Connecting via cable:

Connect the black “3.5mm aux” audio cable to the transmitter and the mobile device you are using. If your device has an audio "3.5mm aux" input, you can connect it directly. If you are using a newer iPhone or Android phone, you will need to also use one of the adapters.

You must do this with each transmitter you are using.

You need a different music streaming device for each transmitter.

You need a separate playlist for each transmitter.

HOW TO USE THE HEADPHONES:

Turn on the headphones using the switch on the left side at the bottom.

Using the switch on the left-hand side you can change between the channels (transmitters/playlists). Indicated by a red, blue or green light.

The dial for the volume control is on the right-hand side.

TIPS & TRICKS

Transmitters needs to be placed at least 2 meters away from each other to avoid signal intereference.

Turn up the volume on your mobile device to the highest setting and let the users change their headset volume to a comfortable level.

Take your playlist offline (download) to avoid interruptions.

If you are using a Spotify playlist you can merge songs into each other to reduce the pause between songs - go to the Spotify home screen, settings, playback and under ’skip songs’ select 7 seconds, this way there will be no pause between songs.

If you have a family account with Spotify you can use 1 account for multiple channels (and via multiple devices).

The power of the transmitter will last up to 10 hours on a full charge, but if the light on the side is red, you will need to recharge the transmitter. You can continue to use the transmitter if it is plugged into a wall socket as normal.

How to use the DONKEY  Transmitter

HOW TO USE THE DONKEY TRANSMITTER:

Plug the power cable into the bottom port at the back of the Donkey transmitter. The blue LED power light will automatically turn on. Select a channel by sliding the switch on the back. Each transmitter needs to be on a different channel to avoid interference.

USING YOUR MUSIC STREAMING DEVICE WITH THE TRANSMITTER:

Connect one end of the "aux" cable to the transmitter in the "audio input" port. You can connect your device to the other end using the "aux" cable provided. If your device has an audio "3.5mm aux" input, you can connect it directly. If you are using a newer iPhone or Android phone, you will need to also use one of the adapters.
